Read the annoucement, it is stated the trails from the SPP are all fully funded. This buy back is not taking away from the trials. They are funded and happening.
Surplus funds left over? Cash receipts to flow in over the next 12 months? This buy back can happen over the next 12 months (or not, at the discretion of the board). There is no guarantee when the funds will be used for the buy back.
You need to be very clear in your posting, this buy back is not taking away from the funding of the trails.
