I'd prefer they let shareholders make the choice themselves and accumulate more (or not) depending on our own valuation. The share price is fairly immaterial at this point and the company doesn't really have the funds or need to do this. All points made above about potential positives apply equally to the individual investor, it's just that in this case we've had the decision made for us.
I am open to having my mind changed on this.
