Yes this frustrates me too, but thanks to my favourite people (lawyers) it is impractical to offer to people outside of Australia.
One thing I have seen people outside of Australia do is change their registered address in Automic to an Australian address. I can’t comment on the legality of this, but I have been told that this has got people allocations in placements.
