Well said LT. Dr T has always said he's aiming to do things differently so this should not be a surprise.
He's seen how engaged SH's on Race have been, and he is putting his faith that they believe in the strategy of the board as opposed to bankers and brokers with their sense of entitlement(and subsequent trading for pips and manipulation).
Remember, he checks the data on who buys and sells Race on a daily basis, he knows who is trading and who isn't... much like Santa.
