What is your infatuation with institutional investors being involved in the CR?
Everyone knows that they are here for the quick & easy 10% profit, then they move onto the next raise.
You haven't given a valid reason in this situation why RAC should have involved institutional investors in the CR.
Sure they bring volume but that can be a bad thing. The rest of your points...please get real.
RAC board have done this raise with the loyal SH's in mind.
This is refreshing too see a company do the right thing by their loyal SH's and not going out and lining the insto's pockets and diluting the SH's.
You seem too have an agenda with DR T but cant convince anyone here to believe your little crock of a story, but continually post that the CR is scammy.
It seems to me you are a big noter with an ego to satisfy, with posts like "I will let you know when i am trading it."
Does anyone care?.
