The SP has already taken a dive with selling pressure from the $3 discounted amount & The Company still gets the Cash they are after to fast track trials.
not financial advise. It wasn’t that long ago a chairman had to sell shares to take advantage of some options.

the premise behind the spp is to reward long time holders who are less likly to sell. So reward those 1st who has been loyal to RAC.
