I don't agree that this SPP is going to "exhaust SH's this time". I am of the opinion that this SPP will be oversubscribed and although there are a few people on this forum describing their hardship in raising funds for this, my gut feeling is that there is plenty left in the bag between all the retail holders to do this again and possibly again a 3rd or 4th time.
I can see insto's wanting in regardless of the way this is being handled so if RAC needed to go there at some later stage there will be plenty of funds available to do so.
I agree that retail shareholders will also flip their shares but they are typically looking for the best $ they can get and won't be unloading millions of shares in a short period and you know as well as anyone the difference this makes.
