So, what I don't really understand about this raise, is that if it isn't fully subscribed, and Race could not pursue all of the actions (the full case) intended with that capital, why wouldn't they then look to institutional investors for the remainder?
It seems a little strange to say that these actions are urgently needed to increase the value of the company, but that if the funds can't be raised through existing shareholders they will just progress the base or mid case.
Surely progressing these faster is worth whatever cost is associated with using institutional investors?
