My concern about the rights issue closing early comes from a different perspective. I have been caught by two other rights issues coming out of the blue in the past few months that drained my ready cash. So I am having to borrow the funds to paticipate in this RAC issue and those funds are not available until next Tuesday.
I would not like to have missed out and seen the people on EddyG's chart with holdings of 1000 shares being granted their full allocation requested of 10,000 shares ($30,000). With that available cash where was their conviction in RAC prior to the Rights issue to have not bought at market price if they believed in the company.
No offence meant to those with applications lodged that are larger than their existing holdings.
