I received a letter telling me about the SPP and telling me how to go online to Automic to participate. that letter arrived about 9 days ago.
Maybe people were expecting to receive a letter containing a paper version of their SPP form…I have always received one of those from other companies, and was expecting one this time, so maybe some people were expecting their paper version SPP was still to come, but hadn’t yet?
