Just curious but during an SPP are the funds that are deposited to the specific raising account available for company use straight away even if shares aren’t issued ?
Or are SPPs handled by the share registry then funds passed over once they issue the shares?
Does the register inform you during the SPP how it’s going or are you only advised at closing date how much you’ve raised ?
I assume if the SPP is oversubscribed early then the register would advise you ??
Alway been curious about this and not specific to this raising
