I feel like a lot of people are trying to tell the BoD how to do their job. We don't have the information they have and the understanding of business like they have.

SPP has been setup to push forward their trials. This is so they get better data to get better value. Maybe the reason they're pushing so hard now is they're starting to get more and more notice from BP. Why else would they push so hard right now? Especially right after a huge announcement (preclinical). Yes, it will slow the share price move upwards, but that's not the end step! A buyout is the end step and that's what they're working towards. The timing is actually really good if you consider the theory of BP interest (pushing to get more data for them).

Retail shareholders get access to the SPP. Not big instos. The small fry is getting a good opportunity to get in. Consider the different options this could've gone.

Instos manipulate stock for their gain, to think otherwise is going to lose you money.

It's an exciting time with a huge opportunity. It's been de-risked, but there's still a risk. Keep your thinking hats on peeps.
