So annoying…yet again a SPP is not available to shareholders outside AUS/NZ. I understand why it wouldn’t be practical for a company to meet regulations in countries where there may be few shareholders (just a few of us in UK I think) but it’s frustrating to not be able to contribute to a company I have a lot of faith in, and maybe make some money as well. Just deal with the dilution and grin and bear it.
in a connected global world it surely wouldn’t be difficult for regulators to agree some standard protocols for this, maybe in the same way that tax is dealt with across country boundaries.
