Hi @RaceOncology. A couple of quick questions regarding scale back and multiple holdings, (as the general feeling seems to be that this offer will almost certainly be scaled back):

1) Will scale back be in proportion to the amount applied for (in addition to the other factors noted in the document)? For example, all other things being equal (size of holding, length of holding, no selling of shares prior to SPP), would a person who applied for $30k of shares receive twice the number of shares that a person who applied for $15k of shares would receive in the event of a scale back?

2) I understand the $30,000 total limit is set by ASIC and means RAC doesn't have to issue a prospectus if staying under that. However, in regards to scale back with multiple accounts, will there be any difference in outcome of total number of shares received by a shareholder they were to apply for $30k in one account and $0 in another, vs. $15k each in of two accounts, vs. $10k in each of 3 accounts, etc.? Especially given that each of those accounts will likely have different size of holding, duration of holding, etc. i.e. the factors influencing the scale back. Or will Race just look at the entirety of a shareholders holding across all accounts before making a decision?
