You can take your attitude and be ungrateful, or you can appreciate that the existing shareholders got an opportunity that 99% of other companies don't provide, as they tap Soph Investors only.
Its far easier not to do an SPP, but RAC were true to being a shareholder first company.
You see the glass 1/4 empty, rather than 3/4 full though.
