I think the issue most posters have, is that you have made it personal between you and the BOD and especially Dr T.
Did you know if you top up tomorrow (at $3.23), what you missed in the SPP, you will have circa 96% of the shares you applied for? You are seriously complaining over 4%? ...and considering getting out over 4%? If you are such a big holder the extra $1150 to get your 100% shouldn't be an issue.
