1) Dr T in his post yesterday said they knew about the fully subscrided SPP only on last Wednesday.

2) They were going to Announce it on Thursday, however received feedback about Australia Post delivering snail mails very late, and did not want certain share holders to be disadvantaged from it.

3) So by that theory they were only ''late'' 2 days. Not the end of the world.

4) Even if you write to ASIC (which I think you won't and is purely BS) RAC is going to reply the same and ASIC cannot do anything about it.
