The winging and dummy spits here are next level. If you missed out then top up the remainder on market. It's not that much of a premium - please blow up my maths if this is incorrect but even if you got scaled back 50% on a 30k request you would be paying a little over $1000 extra to get what you missed out on. Obviously even less for smaller allotments. Come on folks.
