An equal scale back would have just been easier to explain and accept by all... (I can't remember if I mentioned above but I only transferred $15k on the first day)
At the end of the day all that matters is they've got the money, and obvious shareholder support.
Now it's time to get everything rolling ($30m now and hopefully a further $30m in 6 mths should be all they need. If they can't get the options well in the money by May then that's a bad sign).
