No refund here yet but just bought my scaleback amount (+ an additional 10 to satisfy my anal retentiveness in regards to total number of shares). Only 8% more than the SPP price so can't complain I don't think. I was buying at this price a couple of months ago and we now have heart protection plus an extra $30 million in the tank from then...
