I am a NZ holder too and did not get my full allocation (sold some so on the naughty step). No bank account registered. I rang automic as I found them pretty unresponsive to email.
They were about to cut me a cheque by the sounds of it, which is unhelpful as my bank (a major) does not accept them any more. I explained this and they sent me a form instead to get a money transfer. Then same day I got an email from RAC with the form. Not sure if that is coincidence.
If you did not get the email you should probably ring them.
