Appreciate your comments, and for clarification, it was simple to use the BPAY facility and deposit funds….
That was the only way to participate in the SPP.
The instructions where that is oversubscribed and a refund given you need to set up your bank account in Automic. Support is not required for this step as it is merely updating your profile in their system. Same goes for every other registry I have used and other transaction services such as eBay and PayPal.
Anyway, all the best to you and I hope RAC delivers for you everything you ever wished for.
