Agree 110% with all you say. I suppose as someone who isn’t an IT professional, in fact I’m quite IT illiterate, but an active investor who takes time to read everything and digest it and then follow instructions, hence my refund was paid very quickly into the account I nominated after I read the initial SPP announcement.
So much so I got my top up at a small premium to SPP.
