I think next time just doing the allocation on a pro-rata basis would clearly be better. This whole allocation business is just a big distraction to the great result, opensi management up to criticism, and likely to upset some shareholders.

I also think it’s unrealistic to think that you will get much improvement on the inevitable flipping by trying to pick and choose. That’ll happen, we just have to work through that over the next few weeks / month.

I was scaled back to 50%, assuming because I sold less than 10% of my holding a few weeks ago after holding for two years. I couldn’t give a damn though - the financial impacts are immaterial, and I am much happier to get 5000 shares with the raise being oversubscribed than to have been given the full whack in a raising that only got the mid case.
