I wouldn't be so hasty to make that call. We still don't know the extent of the cardio protection patent. This is currently redacted and not yet published. Wouldn't be surprised to see additional data re cardio protective synergies with checkpoint inhibitors (or similar) announced.
~$14m being returned to holders tomorrow who were looking for a 'bargain'. Who is to say they can't find one on market.
