Youre obviously disappointed in Management and their integrity. That would be a red flag for me on any investment i hold.

Keep in mind , if you feel the Management are as poor as youre suggesting, you can always sell out and leave the stock well alone.

Personally, this is the best Management team, ive ever found on the asx. So we dont share the same opinion.

I know of a Rac holder , who upon announcement of the spp, contacted Dr T and Philip Lynch personally, to see if they would be interested in placing a 6 figure sum from him into the spp. He made it clear he was not seeking special treatment, but only asked if they were interested, thinking some bigger placement parcels might help them reach their full target.

Both contacted my friend personally, one by phone, the other by email, indicating they appreciated the offer and enquiry, but couldnt and wouldnt take the 6 figure sum, just so that every shareholder was given the same opportunity.

That …Smouldering …… is what i call integrity.
