DCB needs to read this entire article if he hasn't already.
The mortality rate after symptoms are apparent is alarming.
The article says that anthracycline-induced heart damage is reversible only if treatment is given early, and the earlier the better.
So maybe it would be optimal to administer Zantrene a short time BEFORE the anthracycline?
