Managing expectations is totally fine. I actually think it’s great for shareholders to know what the going rate is for sales in the industry. If we are informed of the value, regardless of what the share price is at now, we won’t accept an offer that is undervalued.
Education is key for holders here to ensure that any offer that is put before us is reasonable before we accept.
