Zantrene is also known to protect against Carfilzomib induced cardiotoxicity and also presumed to work against cyclophosphamide. So potentially useful against cardiotoxicity caused by Proteasome inhibitor class and alkalating agents.
p.s. Word on the street is that Zantrene’s cardio protective MOA is the reduction of iron dependent / ROS induced cardiotoxicity, which if correct could apply more broadly to other drug classes.
