The cash position of RAC is only tight by conventional biotech standards. If RAC was your normal run-of-the-mill biotech lifestyle company we would have gone into a trading halt a month ago and raised $5 million at some ludicrously low price and paid ourselves a massive cash bonus for a job well done. RAC is not one of these companies. The board holds 32% of the company and the last thing any of us want to see is dilution as our reward is directly tied to the number of shares on issue. We are all in RAC for the end payoff.

All of this means we will not raise just to make the bank account look nicer. We will only raise as we need and only after the market has had a chance to evaluate if our actions live up to our words.

It is my belief as the market get to see us delivering that it will come to recognise the true value of RAC and funding will cease to be a concern. If this comes true then we will all look back on this time as a fantastic chance to buy.
