The fact is Dr T has very little chance of selling his holding because it would absolutely tank the SP and i doubt there would be enough buyers to take all his holdings.
On the other hand, when he does his analysis of the announcement and is ready to post his findings, a sentiment of buy is going to be a very strong signal.
All IMO of course, id hate to be reported for up ramping
