For me, and I acknowledge I know less than the average investor, it is not clear. What I see is SP going down. What I assume is that if they get a partner, the partnership will be based on the SP at that time. My long-bow conclusion is a even further diluted SP at that time. You dont want to go into a partnership on the backfoot.
Please prove me wrong.
