Yes Astex/Otsuka could certainly afford to buy all of Race if they wanted and it wouldn't cost them $5 billion.
I am not sure if any shareholders would be happy if Race were to raise capital right now from institutional investors.
There is a great deal of innovative things that could be done to support the SP, but I am just another shareholder now. This is a question for our Board and management.
