Boggles my mind that the last strategy (~5 months to develop) and signed off by at least 3/5 of our previous board members (3 of those 5 still remain - or the majority, if you will) could be called "rushed".
Yet, here we are. With fewer resources, less time and an ever dwindling war chest (even if only salaries) and the insinuation that the new strategy will arrive with plenty of time to digest before the AGM. Easy peasy.
There was a far better approach to spilling the board (it was floated on this very forum some 18 months ago), than resigning, deriding them on departure and pulling the ol' KRUDD to knife the new guy from the sidelines, to yank the party back into line.
Good for all or good for some? We all know what happened to ol' KRUDD* next.
*Replace KRUDD with a party leader of your choice.
