If shareholders were truly forward looking then they would have seen this shitshow unfolding a mile away.
Current problem: shareholder perception of the board's competence is dire (the result of a poor ousting strategy IMO). The board just demonstrated they blow with the wind, is this best for shareholders?
A surprising lack of cardiotoxicity at Sheba resulted in <1% turnover of SOI.
What fixes this? Some sort of commercial validation / follow the leader type scenario*.
*You buying doesn't seem to cut the mustard anymore.
