I have a novice answer and that would be that I assume it's due to the delivery mechanism. I don't believe its common for patients with Breast Cancer to be treated via a central line, wheras it is for AML. So the IV formulation (RC220) is really critical to be able dose those patients and it can't be subbed with RC110.
