RC110 is central line which is fine for EMD AML, but RC220 is peripheral line so fit for purpose for mBC. This has always been the thought process thus holding back until reformulation was finalised. My understanding is that mBC using cental line wont be broadly adopted in the clinic, unfortunately.
I think the issue is RC110 and RC220 is just like having two different drugs, apart from having the same API everything needs to start fresh. This is evident based on the current strategy.
