    100% agree Misspelly, in business development/sales you have to have lots of different conversations as you never know where a connection may lead. Yes, you also have to be selective about where you spend your time and which events/forums you present to, and I guess that is the point that@Burge13 raised.

    Do these presentations lead to anything?
    When I look at companies that do regular BD, I feel there are without a doubt two outcomes achieved:
    1. it increases awareness among investors/customers (regardless of their size or if they chose to invest)
    2. it significantly improves the delivery of the pitch

    Consider that just 1 investor out of 9,000 odd total investors highlighted that a Vo2 Peak test was the missing puzzle piece for designing the CPACS trials.

    Short term you may not see any tangible impact, but long-term consistently building connections and telling the story makes a big difference.
