Yeah there was no hope of doing another raise anytime soon, it would've been a disaster. Only other option is a deal like this with favourable terms for the Lind. It's obviously less than ideal from RAD point of view but it is working capital for the next little while to hopefully steady the ship and keep progressing the 3 main assets, with a view to turning this thing around and drumming up interest again over the next 6-12 months.
