Perhaps they are not happy with what local investment funds have done for them so instead of continuing to issue more shares here with low price dilution, try another strategy by issuing on an alternative market where maybe more respectable interest for biotech is available. Maybe shares in RAD here will be cheaper than NASDAQ and therefore create more buying on the ASX. Just a thought. But management is trying different strategies for shareholders (and their own significant skin in the game) benefit.
