If the heads are priced at currently 0.008, then the options VALOB would priced accordingly.If the price of VAL is to get moving upwards, then of course, the price of VALOB would move upwards also?

I don't understand why the pricing of options is the LEADING indicator for future price. Why should the current price of VALOB be the single relied upon indicator for insider investor sentiment?

I would have thought fundamentals are meant to lead.

Generally, the market for options will correct itself as a function of the underlying stock price.

Options are an instrument to provide leveraged exposure.
