Does RAD need to raise again?
was that the reason for weakness and downtrend to 5 cents?
biotecs been out of favor, suppose sector sentiment improves and if anything good comes out of pancreatic trial then this will take off. If biotecs stay out of favor with more cash needed than trend to 2/3 cents worst case this year I suspect.
