I had expected Lind to have finished selling, maybe it is now REGAL or one of their clients who make money by short selling and betting on a further fall. If so, then Hopper gets hurt too and would get punished for letting these guys being part of the restructure.
He knew what they are capable of, they did a huge damage to IMU too from 20c down to 5c.
