$62.5m / 4c = 1.56b shares
2 x $7.5m / 5c = 300m shares
about 450m existing shares plus new oppies = about 600m shares
total amount about 2.4b fully diluted. If before today about 240m shares were held by retail then from today retail hold a max of 10% combined. What does it mean?
The poison pill holding more than 10% - us retail - is most likely gone. Hopper now just has to deal with a handful instos and that's what he wanted.
