The Bom forecasts a cyclone in the most cyclone prone area in Australia and out come the trolls slapping their upper legs, what a sad lot.

Btw an offshore facility being a platform, FPSO, or FLNG during a cyclone doesn't get demobbed.

Facilities which can disconnect, disconnect and sail out to sea, around the cyclone and return back on station when safe, with essential crew on board.
Facilities which can not disconnect, go to essential crew level, reduce production to be able to shutdown in a safe and organised way, if required.
Sometimes shutdown, sometimes not, depending on the severity, how close and direction.

Sending the seagulls home for a while is not demobbing, just an indication the offshore crews don't have time to entertain them, but have better things to do.

But this clown thinks cyclones are fun and a reason to put the boot in.
