    This sounds great, but pipe to coast is my concern.
    Remember James Price point. The amount of BS concerning pipelines crossing the shoreline was painful. If it's via a Port, the same outrage can be limited. Its the lesser of two evils here, and must be so much more attractive to potential bids in the future.
