It occurs to me in the cold light of day (based on something mentioned, but just me guessing) that the imminent Shallow deal may not be a simple case of free carrying a one off well now that it is understand EP428 may hold multiple Shallow lookalikes. I’m thinking we may see a Prospect-wide Oil Exploration farm-in and that this could therefore include an upfront Cash component in addition to drilling free carry. Wouldn’t that be luvly? Depending on the type of Partner involved, I suspect that following a discovery at Shallow, the deal would be easily enlarged to ConGas Exploration and that would be the Deep Deal in the bag - it will be interesting to see if that is overtly stated or just deducibly hinted at.
