All the revisions are giving additional certainty to the unknowns - the 1C and 2Cs are the most know unknowns (sorry if I start to sound like Donald Rumsfeld) and there is more certainty now that their numbers are more than previously guessed, whereas the 3C number was the most unknown unknown and it’s been revised down with the increased certainty. All subject to further revision upwards as development progresses, so this is now the base case and it is without doubt a banker by anyone’s standards. Given our immediate needs are to get Phase 1 off the ground generating income, the increased 1C & 2C numbers provide added momentum and mean Phase 1 will be more profitable than hoped for, so we can’t ask much more at this stage.
What I need to know now is when will the Strategic Partner selection process recommence and I’ve contacted the company for info in this regard.
