You are a little premature....
It says:
Buru Energy advises that testing operations have now commenced at the Rafael 1 well with
the initial cleanup flow underway.
According to this report, the initial flow is underway, I would wait until the well is properly flowing and seeing a well clean up flare properly flaring.
