That’s a pretty good outcome for shareholders. No broker fees, no options to entice sophs and an appropriate discount. Very do-able given the amount raised but can be tricky this time of year. That also explains why I couldn’t get a term sheet!
Now that we know the amount we can possibly assume that the balance of the required capex will be debt.
